Refund/Return Policy:

Any returned item must be in its original unopened packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be application to the original payment method. Please allow a period of 14 days to process a refund request.

Shipping Policy:

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Processing times are based on business days and excludes weekends and holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. All orders are sent via (insert shipping carrier). An email with order and tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped. 


Damages: MASK ON EVERY FACE is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


Carrier: MASK ON EVERY FACE is not responsible for delayed delivery from the carrier. If your order is delayed by the carrier please contact the carrier direct for updated delivery information.
